Generative Summary

The session opened with the aftermath of the Festival of Stars catastrophe in the city of Estazia, as chaos spread from the undead uprising. The party — Kunak, Nakuji, Ming, Octavius, and Umbaku — found themselves trapped inside the arena alongside terrified citizens and divided guards. They surveyed the city from above, witnessing trampling crowds, infighting among soldiers, and no clear leadership in sight.

Umbaku searched unsuccessfully for his master among the confusion, while others calmed survivors and scouted for supplies. The ground soon began to quake — two enormous ankhegs erupted into the arena, spewing acid. A brutal fight followed: Nakuji’s martial prowess, Ming’s precision archery, Octavius’s improvised acid-sprayer, Kunak’s divine healing, and Umbaku’s disciplined strength brought down both creatures after a hard-fought battle. The victory cemented the group’s first real teamwork, forging mutual respect.

In the aftermath, Umbaku’s master, Zujin — an aristocratic aarakocra of a declining noble house — arrived. Grateful and impressed, he granted Umbaku his freedom, departing as the lion warrior roared his joy to the stunned arena. The group then decided to leave the locked coliseum to rejoin the city’s defense.

Negotiating with frightened guards, they forced their way into the arena’s underworks and uncovered a sewer grate. After prying it open and descending, they resealed it behind them with Octavius’s mending magic, entering Estazia’s dark, fetid undercity. There they moved cautiously, discovering broken cages, hints of other escaped monsters, and the growing stench of corruption.

Soon, the party’s stealth was tested: ahead in the tunnels lurked a cluster of undead. Using coordinated ranged and melee attacks — and Kunak’s divine blessing — they struck first, felling the creatures with deadly precision. Yet even decapitated corpses twitched with unholy endurance, hinting that darker necromantic forces were at work beneath the city.

As the session closed, the heroes stood in the flickering torchlight of the sewers — newly bonded by battle, free but hunted, and facing the grim realization that Estazia’s horror was far from over.

A campaign opened and Wilder, a continent scarred by Divine. Whatever. Excuse me, I made this book. I’m from the tribe, lands you, judging my accent. No, yep, just your pronunciation. You want this or no, I can’t. I can’t even do it. I hope this makes it in the summary, mind you.

Yeah. There seemed to be some animosity between the players.

Campaign opened in Wilder, a continent scarred by Divine Wars and lingers chaos. Mad, lingering chaos magic as Ascadia, prepared for its Grand Festival of stars. Each hero was introduced through a vignette. Kunek and Elven acolyte, tasked by the high priest, is koryuki to hunt a Rogue priestess. Nakuchi, nibane, nebane, the Ageless Smith, leaving his allergy.

Nakuchi, yeah, with a J, no, yeah, I know this is fair enough. You ever last name?

Nakuji nibone. And now you’re just trying. Purpose. The Ageless Smith, leaving his leaving his rabbit full benefactors to seek wisdom from the Violet sages, a secret of backseat spy with orders to watch key figures Octavius, a total tinkerer carrying the memory of his Lane Mentor and umbaku. Leon and Gladiator, enslaved by Clan betrayal.

Their stories converged as the festival begin. During the parade, kunak and Octavius witness corpses rise from the ground attacking reblers, while guards hesitated and even executed bit and civilians sparking Panic. At the docks more Undead, alongside an ally, which was Octavius ugly, right? No, no.

With an ally.

Uh, the skirmish, leading guards urging survivors. Meanwhile, Umbaku fought a furball Gladiator before a roaring crowd only for the arena doors to burst open. His bloodied civilians and guardsported playing chaos outside. By sessions end all five characters, some hidden some thrust into the spotlight, or gathered in the arena surrounded by terrified citizens, divided guards, and a growing realization that established his celebration had become a nightmare.

Oh, pretty good. Go Chad. You just call it Chad. Oh dear, Chad, too many syllables.

The festival of stars. The celebration to commemorate founding of a stars here after having been guided. By the Stars. But today, the Stars. Feel like an L Omen?

Be animated. Corpses have attacked. Leading the city into chaos. From in the arena, you can hear cries of payment in an m a from the streets. Women and children inside the arena cower. Taking care of each of those injuries. Checking to see? Just everybody is together. People are safe.

And people whisper amongst themselves, wondering what will happen next. And what this all could possibly mean. You guys find yourselves inside the arena at this time. You too. Somewhere in the top. You through in the middle. Um. What would you guys like to do to get us Kickstarted? I want to get to a vantage point where I can see, like, outside the arena, to get a sense of what’s happening in the city.

Okay. Um, I’ll say that’s not a big issue for you. Like the way these stadiums are made, go ahead, and roll a PC update here. Let’s do it like to also roll one. You may assist. That’s 19 plus. Look at that listen.

From up at the top of the? Stadium. You guys see that? Um. There’s just kind of chaos on the streets right now. Um. People are fleeing from the Fest from that parade. But the streets are already so crowded, and then for everybody to have like this mass movement. Like, a lot of these injuries, it appears, are not actually from attacks.

From these creatures. These corsses? But from people getting trampled the crowd, like it’s. Um. Kind of mass deteria. People don’t really know what to do. Um, guards are trying. To take control of things, but you see some guards who? Um. Kind of like what you guys witnessed at the parade, like they’re taking matters into their own hands.

And if there’s anybody that is? Like scratched? Injured in any way like that, like, there are some groups. That are? Like executed? Um. Not all groups, though. Um. You see conflict between the guards? Um. And in general, people are trying to like. People inside businesses and houses and stuff right now are trying to keep their doors closed like they don’t know what’s happening outside.

They’re trying to protect themselves. But the people who were caught in the streets. Trying desperately to break it. So, it’s just. Kind of a mess out there right now. Um, be closed to the to the arena, yes. They are closed. Um. You guys! Do not with 22s. You guys don’t see any more of the corpse creatures wondering about the city right now?

This just seems to be kind of like after effects of. The initial attack.

Would I be able to look around? Five, the arena, like, where maybe, like, an Armory would be of some sort? See if I can, like, pick up a shield or something? Hmm. So, I’m assuming that the threat’s still real outside? Um, I don’t know if if this arena would have.

That you’re not sure where to find anything in that Arena, but when you were coming in, you did witness that this guy was fighting. In the pit so? If you don’t know? At least aware of somebody who does.

Me, feel free to talk to each other. What do we do? Around. For anyone that looks like.

Scared for traumatized and tried to do? Except the wounds. Home people down. Kind of the media people around them. Most of the people that you see here in the arena. Not, like many physical injuries. It’s mostly just like. Panic, trying to get people calmed down.

Already, the arena is normally packed in. It’s hard to spot people. Um, but even now, like, it’s especially hard so. You don’t see him anywhere. Now, do the Gladiators, you know, I imagine? There where they came out of, like their locker room, essentially. The Gladiators have locked, like their rooms.

He’s gonna try and go back in there to look for him. So? Okay, it’s like the battle’s over. Like, what is he doing out in the open? There’d be like a bunch of soldiers in there. In the arena. So, I mean, there’s a couple. There’s not many guards here.

But there was a lot that were kind of like, funnily, people in. And but not everybody necessarily State in the arena. I’m trying to understand. I’m sorry, good. Go ahead. I’m trying to think about what would embach would do, because what’s his like, he’s Gladiator, so he has some level of Prestige as a fighter, but?

In the socioeconomics or? And the class structure of the city is basically a slave. So, if he would approach a, would he approach a guard, or were they kind of like? Just kind of kick it spit at him. I mean. That depends on the guard. This is a huge thing.

Um. And not every guard is going to know who’s? A combatant in the arena, so I mean. Okay. Is men pretty convinced that? There are no more undead immersion. Where the 22, yes, you recommend. Okay. Uh, do I see anyone who kind of seems like they’re in charge or could make everyone stop?

I mean, there’s some guards outside the city. Do you mean more like here in the arena, or like, outside, or whatever? No, it doesn’t really feel like anybody is in control of this.

It was, like, all over the place. Okay, so as this thing erupts out of the earth, you guys on high alert from, you know, the shaking of the ground, this thing it cannot surprise you. You guys both jump out of the way as best you can. Those some acid does still Splash you.

You would have taken 11 damage, but you get to have it. So, is it rounded up around it down? I think it’s rounded down right down, usually with natural 20s. So, yeah, we just succeed. You take five five points.

Well, history check would have provided some Intel. It’s just I’m just saying bug. Hey giant bug, he’s big bug, big bug. Although now that you do see it? It does look familiar. You’ve seen this before. Um. We’re gonna shift now to. Okay, how far you are with currently up at the top.

The thing is, is that it keeps dealing damage. That would have been, I’m saying, I Deals damage this one time, but it won’t continue to do this.

There you go, the creature covered in. Yeah, it takes two G4 acid damage at the start of each of its terms that just does. That’s a great spell. Kind of, I was trying. And you can always try again. Uh, for total, so half that would be just two. Okay.

All right, but it’s something I thought if I spread it with F and early enough food. One of the plates on it. Yeah, somebody can punch through later. There you go. And. Even though this thing is able to like partially move out of the way, as this on acid sprays on it, the acid does hurt.

Even though I spit acid, it does not seem to be like immune or resistant to it in any way. Um. Anything else you’d like to do, uh, I’m backing up my full movement all right?
